Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we are currently shipping to over 50 countries world wide!

To view a list of our currently supported countries, please visit our online store, add at least one item into your shopping cart, and use our Shipping Estimate tool to see the list of supported countries.

We also ship to Post Office Boxes and the following U.S. territories: Guam and the Virgin Islands (U.S.).

If your country is not listed in the drop-down, we'd still be happy to help you with your international order.

Please email us at [email protected] with your complete mailing address (including country) so we may consider adding it to our supported country list.

Please note that our shipping prices on international orders do not include duties & taxes. International customers may incur additional tarriff-related charges by their country of residence for the importation of U.S. made goods.

How much will shipping cost?

USPS Shipping costs are calculated based on the USPS Mail rates & fees (plus a nominal handling fee) and depend on the number of items you order (weight) and the final destination (distance).

Other Shipping Option costs are also calculated on weight and final destination, and differ based on the type of service selected.

Are there less expensive shipping options?

We have chosen USPS mail as our preferred shipping partner since it is highly reliable, ships to PO Boxes and Military bases, offers the most affordable rates for shipping packages throughout the world, and offers tracking service.

Our first priority is getting orders to our customers quickly and reliably.

Shipping charges are based on weight and destination zip code and are calculated using the USPS rate tables, plus a nominal shipping and handling fee.

The shipping service option(s) that are displayed during checkout are determined by the weight of items in your shopping cart.

If your items weigh under 16oz, you will be shown the least expensive USPS First Class option.

Packages weighing 16oz or over have to be shipped via Priority Mail, a restriction of USPS.

Moving forward, we are also considering many options to further reduce shipping charges for our customers, including adding a fulfillment centers in central U.S. and on the east cost, and loyalty discounts.

How are items shipped to me and when should I receive my order?

Domestic Orders

Domestic orders are fulfilled via USPS Mail and are sent out within one to two business days after you've placed your order.

Once shipped, you should expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days, depending on the service selected.

International Orders

International orders can take 1-5 weeks to arrive, depending on the shipping service selected during checkout, the destination country and the country's specific customs processing times.

In most cases, delivery times are within 1-2 weeks, however, it can be longer if the destination country holds the shipment within Customers for an extended period of time.

Shipping Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Once you have your tracking number, you can check on the delivery status of your package at the USPS website.

The Free Shipping Offer (no coupon code needed) applies to standard shipping on non-discounted orders, with a minimum total item purchase amount of $75*.

The First Time Purchase Offer may be used once per customer / household, on a customer's initial/first purchase.

Multiple orders from different individuals/customers for the same ship to location are excluded from this Offer.

Existing Customers purchasing items being delivered to the same or alternate ship to locations are excluded from this Offer.  

Any orders deemed to violate the terms of this offer, or any other company policy related to this Offer, are subject to cancellation and refund.

Pre-Order Items

A selection of our products are eligible for Pre-Order.

This feature allows our customers the convenience of purchasing certain items prior to them being in-stock. The expected availability date provided is an estimate only.

Any Order placed that contains one or more Pre-Order (out of stock) line items will be held until the Pre-Order line items are in-stock and available for shipment.

Products Excluded from Discount Offers

Within our online store, there are certain products that we do not include in special discount offers.

These products include those that are either identified as those that are ineligible for discount offers/coupons, are already on sale outside of the discount offer, or are on Clearance.

Discount coupons or site-wide specials will not apply to these items.

What currency are your products sold in on the website?

Our website displays our products in USD currency.

Return Policy

At RibbedTee.com, we're happy when you're happy.

We sincerely hope that you'll be 100% pleased with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange something.

Undershirts & T-shirts

You may return unworn, unlaundered items within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified.

Items that have been tried on momentarily to assess fit may be returned. 

Please attempt to ensure all tags and packaging are intact, whenever possible.

Refer to "WASH ME" items for additional information.

"WASH ME" items

Some items within our catalog are not pre-shrunk, and will fit slightly looser/longer out of the package.

These items are marked with a "WASH ME" sticker and will wash down to their intended size after 1-2 launderings.

Any order containing items marked with this sticker allows for one (1) "WASH ME" labeled item to be laundered/dried for sizing purposes.

The one (1) laundered item may be returned for refund or exchange.

Underwear

We're working hard to make sure we get you into a pair of underwear that will blow your mind!

So, we've created a special exchange/return policy to take the risk out of buying underwear on RibbedTee.com.

If you'd like to exchange your underwear for another size, we'll pay for return shipping.

If you find the fit isn't too your liking after trying them on and/or wearing the underwear, we'll assist you with a return and issue you an Account Credit so you can buy an alternate item.

Socks

Due to health and sanitary concerns for all of our customers, socks that have been tried on, worn or laundered may not be returned.

Stash & Clearance items

Are sold as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Processing Times

We will process your return / exchange within 2-3 business days of receipt and will notify you once we have done so.

In some cases, exchanges and returns are processed more quickly.

If you requested a refund, we will process it on the payment method used for the original purchase, minus shipping fees.

We do not refund shipping fees, unless you received damaged goods or items that you did not order.

Return / Exchange Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

If you are exchanging an item, we cover the cost of shipping out the Exchange items, as well as the shipping cost of any additional items you would like order during the processing of your Exchange request.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error.
