Our Undershirt Sizing Recommendation
Our undershirts run true-to-size, and we recommend purchasing our items based on chest size (circumference), not shirt or jacket size.
For your reference, we recommend the following:

For our fitted undershirts, you should expect a close, comfortable, not-too-tight fit.
For our relaxed fit undershirts, you should expect a more traditional relaxed fit.

Between Sizes
If your chest circumference falls between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a closer/tighter fit and sizing up if you prefer a little extra length and/or a deeper v-neck.
Length
Our undershirts are cut longer than traditional undershirts. In fact, our standard length is similar to other brand's "tall" undershirts.
Most of our items are pre-shrunk for your convenience, however, the approximate post-laundering length for nearly all of our undershirts is shown on the "Sizing Chart" tab of each product page for your reference.
Our Undershirt / T-Shirt Fits
Since there is no such thing as a one-product-fits-all, we have created a collection of fits to meet our Customer's differing needs.
Fitted
Our closest fitting shirts. They will hug your body closely, without being too tight or constricting.
Slim
A fit that is in between Fitted and Relaxed. Not body hugging, but not too loose either.
Relaxed
Our "room to breathe" fit. A more traditional cut shirt providing more room around the chest and mid section.

Our V-Neck Depths
We have 4 primary design styles, each having slightly different v-neck depths.
In size Medium, our v-necks have the following approximate depths.
- EVO TENCEL: 7.5 - 7.75" (Deep V-Neck)
- Retro Fit: 7.5" - 8" (Deep V-Neck)
- CoolWear/MicroModal/Classic Fit: 6.25" - 6.5" (V-Neck)
- Execwear: 6.25" - 6.5" (V-Neck)
For larger and smaller sizes, the v-neck depth either increases or decreases by approximately 1/4" - 1/2" per size.

As a secondary way to check sizing, we recommend finding a pair of underwear you feel fits well, take laying flat measurements of the waist & leg opening, and find the closest measuments in the table above.
We recommend sizing down for a tighter fit and up for more room & a looser fit in the waist.
Our Fabric Weights
We offer 4 primary fabric weight categories, each having a perfect characteristic for different climates & wearing needs.
Extra-light (95-135gsm)
Cool, thin, semi-transparent. Perfect for hotter/humid climates or seasons, or for those that prefer super lightweight undershirts. This weight category is our most popular.
Lightweight (135-155gsm)
Cool, thin. For those looking for something with a bit more substance, with minimal sheerness.
Medium (155-170gsm)
A bit thicker, for layering / warmth. For those that want a beefier shirt.
Heavy (170+gsm)
More substantial weight fabric, used in our outwear t-shirts.

Our Fabrics
We have scoured the globe for the most comfortable fibers/yarns, and have created unique fabric combinations that are knitted to our exact specifications.
TENCEL® / Spandex (94/6, Stretch Jersey, 135gsm)
Cool like linen. Soft like silk. The softest and most luxurious fabric we offer.
Also, one of our best performing fabrics in moisture management. Spreads moisture quickly and more uniformly across the fabric's surface without creating any wet "hot spots".
Product Line: EVO TENCEL
Care Information: Machine wash warm, do not bleach, line dry, low cool iron. Pro Tip: Wash/dry inside out to minimize long term fabric surface wear.
TENCEL® / Spandex (94/6, Stretch Jersey, 200gsm)
Cool like linen. Soft like silk. The softest and most luxurious fabric we offer, in a heavier t-shirt weight that has an incredible drape.
Also, one of our best performing fabrics in moisture management. Spreads moisture quickly and more uniformally across the fabric's surface without creating any wet "hot spots".
Care Information: Machine wash warm, do not bleach, tumble dry low, low cool iron. Pro Tip: Wash/dry inside out to minimize long term fabric surface wear.
Cotton / Polyester / Rayon (50/38/12, Loose Knit Jersey, 110gsm)
Loose knit jersey. Our Tri-Blend fabric offers a superior combination of yarns resulting in a great texture, an amazing drape, and keeps the shirt very lightweight too! Great blend that wicks + absorbs moisture, allowing the fabric to dry faster than an all-cotton fabric.
We cleanse this fabric with a specially designed wash that smooths the surface of the fabric and leaves it buttery-soft.
Product Line: Retro Tri-Blend
Care Information: Machine wash warm, do not bleach, tumble dry low, low cool iron. Pro Tip: Wash/dry inside out to minimize long term fabric surface wear.
Cotton / Polyester (50/50, Loose Knit Jersey, 110gsm)
Loose knit jersey. Clings slightly to the body. Great blend that wicks + absorbs moisture, allowing the fabric to dry faster than an all-cotton fabric.
We cleanse this fabric with a specially designed wash that smooths the surface of the fabric and leaves it buttery-soft.
Product Line: Retro 50/50

Supima® Cotton (100%, 2x1 Rib, 150gsm)
Super Pima extra long staple cotton, grown in the United States. Smoother and stronger than standard combed cotton.
This fabric will fit close to the body after laundering, and will relax out slightly during daily wear, then wash back down to size after each washing.

CoolNylon / Spandex (86/14, Jersey, 146gsm)
This advanced Hyper-Wicking CoolNylon 70 Denier Micro Nylon (microfiber) fabric keeps you cool, comfortable, and dry even in the hottest situations.
The fabric is sweat, stain, & odor resistant, plus it outperforms polyester in comfort, odor management, abrasion resistance, and resistance to pilling.
