What size underwear should I purchase?
For sizing, please refer to the Sizing Chart tab on the Product page.
There you will find a recommended sizing based on your waist size, as well as an estimated laying flat waist-width measurement.
For a more accurate estimate of fit, we would recommend measuring the waistband width (side-to side) of any existing well-fitting underwear you currently own, laying flat.
Find the closest measurement in our "Approx. waist width" row of our Sizing Chart and order the corresponding size.
Size up for a more relaxed fit, and down for a closer fit.
How should I expect a RibbedTee Undershirt to fit me?
RibbedTee men's undershirts offer a close, comfortable fit.
Our entire line is designed with stretch fabrics, so they will comfortably fit a wide variety of body shapes and sizes.

Will RibbedTee Undershirts shrink after washing?
Our Retro Fit line of undershirts is designed to wash down (shrink) to their intended size. As such, they may fit slightly loose or big right out of their package.
Just wash and dry them on warm as you would anything else. You'll find that these non-pre-washed undershirts will shrink approximately 5% - 7% with the first washing.
Does RibbedTee offer tall undershirts? Are they longer than other undershirts?
You will find our undershirts are cut longer than many other standard undershirts. In some cases, our undershirts are as long as other brand's tall undershirts.
For example, many of our medium sized undershirts have a body length of 29" long, laying flat. That length is equivalent to many other medium tall undershirts.
Although our undershirts are longer, they still may not be long enough for someone who is very tall (over 6'4"). Of course, this primarily depends on the length of the individual's torso, and not necessarily height.
We do have a return policy, so if you find that our undershirts are not long enough, you may return them for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How do you measure the length of RibbedTee Undershirts?
The length of our shirts is measured, laying flat, from HPS (high point shoulder) to the bottom of the undershirt. The HPS is located where the collar comes in contact with the shoulder seam.
What is your longest undershirt?
All of our undershirts are approximately the same length post laundering & drying.
Our EVO TENCEL Undershirt is designed with 4-way stretch, and in some cases can stretch longer than our other undershirts.
Does RibbedTee offer tight neck t-shirts or tight neck undershirts?
The undershirt line that has the closest collar fit is our Retro Fit Crew Neck undershirts, however, they still may not be tight enough if you are in search of an undershirt with both a tight and high neck.
How should I care for my RibbedTee apparel?
Please refer to the recommended care instructions provided on each garment's TagFree label.

Recommended usage of chlorine & non-chlorine bleaches: RibbedTee care labels are imprinted with a recommendation of "do not bleach" as bleach is not generally needed for the regular care of the garment. In addition, some bleaches can react with perspiration or antiperspirant stain deposits and may result in turning any present underarm stains darker. However, using small amounts of chlorine or non-chlorine bleaches in the wash will not harm or damage the garment.
Do you recommend any pre-treatment before washing?
Under normal circumstances you should not need to pre-treat your undershirts before washing them.
However, to minimize the amount of staining that may be caused by the combination of underarm perspiration, deodorants, and antiperspirants, you may pre-treat your undershirt by soaking it in cold water prior to washing. This technique may be used on other undershirts as well to minimize the appearance of yellow stains that may appear.

Are RibbedTee apparel products tagless?
Yes, all our current products have TagFree care labels. Some items may include a small size label within the side seam.
Do your tagless labels contain latex?
No, our tagless labels do NOT contain any latex.
The ink used in our transfer labels is known as "non-phthalate" ink. This type of ink is mandated by Congress for children's wear; however, we use it for our labels garment labels because we know that it will go next to the skin.
Do you carry your products in any retail stores yet?
We do not offer our products in retail stores at this time. To purchase our products, please visit our online store.

Shipping Questions
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping delivery time is 3-5 business days, starting from the day the parcel leaves our warehouse. All shipping costs are calculated based on the carrier’s current fees.
Free shipping is available for all domestic orders over $50 (including any discounts) and will be automatically applied at checkout when applicable.
International Shipping
All International orders are priced in US dollars and shipped via USPS International. Delivery will take ***10-21 business days from the day the parcel leaves our US warehouse. However, the timeframe is subject to change based on current events and a cleared customs import review.

All International orders are priced in US dollars and shipped via USPS International. The USPS works in conjunction with local postal services around the world to deliver packages to their final destination. While many packages make it to their final destination without issues, RibbedTee is not responsible once the package lands in the destination country as we do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal systems. Should any issues arise after the package has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. While many orders make it through customs without issues, the customs agency in your country may require you to pay fees before receiving your package. It is the recipient's responsibility to check with their country's Customs Office to verify any fees as we are unable to provide the recipient with the exact amount of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your package is seized by Customs Officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your Customs Office, as RibbedTee cannot advise you about your country's customs policies.

Return Policy
How To Request a Return
Please contact us via email (info@ribbedtee.com) or through our contact form to request a return. Please be sure to provide the following information in that request:
- First and Last name
- Order number
- Items being returned
- Brief description of the reason for return
We will create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization #) and reply to your contact with further instructions on how to get the merchandise back to us. Return labels are provided for all domestically shipped orders as long as the return request is within the 30-day policy.
UNDERSHIRTS:
We gladly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our undershirts. This guarantee starts the day the purchase is made and covers the item even if the item has been washed or tried on!
UNDERWEAR:
All underwear purchases have a 30-day return policy (unwashed and unworn). The item MUST be in the original packaging, with original tags, unworn, and in the new condition. Any item received outside of any of these conditions will not be eligible for a refund and will be discarded.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
We will process your return within 5-10 business days of receipt, and the refund will be issued back to the payment method used for the original purchase, minus shipping fees.
