The Story Behind RibbedTee

Fed up with boxy undershirts from the Big-box stores and department stores' aisles of ill-fitting chaos and confusion, we set out to right a wrong.

The Challenge: Create the world's most comfortable & best fitting undershirts, educating along the way, while also helping people feel better, look better, and be more confident.

With a vision, and no apparel experience, we navigated our way through unfamiliar territory and introduced RibbedTee's first product in 2008.

We're truly thankful for all the love and support we've received over the years.  

To our family, friends, the community, and most of all, our customers -- we couldn't have done it without you.

As our offering continues to grow, our mission stays the same.

Unlike many other brands, we're not interested in farming our manufacturing out to unknown large manufacturing partners across the globe.

That's not our style.

Instead, we're committed to building long-term partnerships with our local Los Angeles-based manufacturing partners, who are in many cases family-run boutique businesses themselves.

As we grow, they grow.  Now that's something we can get behind.

In fact, many of the partners we currently work with are the exact same ones we started with in 2008.
