Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we are currently shipping to over 24 countries world wide! To view a list of our currently supported countries, please visit our online store, add at least one item into your shopping cart, and use our "Estimate Shipping Cost" tool to see the list of supported countries. We also ship to Post Office Boxes and the following U.S. territories: Guam and the Virgin Islands (U.S.).
If your country is not listed in the drop-down, we'd still be happy to help you with your international order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your complete mailing address (including country) so we may consider adding it to our supported country list.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the USPS Mail rates & fees (plus a nominal handling fee) and depend on the number of items you order (weight) and the final destination (distance).
Are there less expensive shipping options?
For domestic orders: We have chosen USPS mail as our preferred shipping method since it is highly reliable, ships to PO Boxes and Military bases, offers the most affordable rates for shipping packages throughout the country, and offers tracking service. Our first priority is getting orders to our customers quickly and reliably.
Shipping charges are based on weight and destination zip code and are calculated using the USPS rate tables, plus a nominal $1 shipping and handling fee. The shipping service option(s) that are displayed during checkout are determined by the weight of items in your shopping cart. If your items weigh 13oz or under, you will be shown the least expensive USPS First Class option. Packages weighing over 13oz have to be shipped via Priority Mail, a restriction of USPS. Moving forward, we are also considering many options to further reduce shipping charges for our customers, including adding a fulfillment centers in central U.S. and on the east cost, and loyalty discounts.
For international orders: For packages under 4 pounds, we offer our discounted International Airmail Service and USPS International Priority. Packages over 4 pounds will be shipped via USPS International Priority.
How are items shipped to me and when should I receive my order?
Domestic orders are fulfilled via USPS Mail and are sent out within one to two business days after you've placed your order. You should expect to receive your domestic RibbedTee order within 2-5 business days, depending on the service selected. International orders can take up to 4-5 weeks to arrive, depending on the shipping service selected, destination country and their customs process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number, you can check on the delivery status of your package at the USPS website.

No Hassle Return Policy - At RibbedTee.com, we're happy when you're happy. We sincerely hope that you'll be 100% pleased with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange something. You may return unworn, unlaundered items within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.
We will process your return / exchange within 10 business days and notify you once we have done so. If you requested a refund, we will process it on the original credit card used for the purchase, minus shipping fees. We do not refund shipping fees, unless you received damaged goods or items that you did not order.
All CLEARANCE items are sold as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Return / Exchange Shipping Fees
You are responsible for return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error.
